Whether you are welcoming your first baby or your fifth, a doula can provide invaluable support and assistance throughout pregnancy, labour and birth and into the early postnatal weeks. We offer comprehensive birth and postnatal services for families throughout the north east of England.
Each of the doulas on our website works independently - clients select their own doula who then supports them throughout pregnancy, birth and the early weeks after baby arrives. Our group includes an experienced qualified doula (Sarah Stenson) and a new doula in the final stages of the professional recognition process (Julia Hayward).

Still wondering if doula care might be right for you? Please do consider coming along to one of our doula soirees - held monthly, alternating between Durham and Newcastle, they are a great opportunity to meet us informally, ask questions and meet other expectant and new parents. Our soirees are free and open to all expectant and new parents - just please RSVP so we know to expect you and can give you details of time and venue.
